Studio Guidelines

THE HOT ROOM

Our hot rooms are heated to 100°F and we use humidifiers to combat the dry Colorado air, giving you you the hottest, juiciest practice in town.

The hot rooms are silent spaces, which means no talking or cell phone use. A little different than what you're used to? You'll soon find the quiet before class and after Savasana is a treasured part of your practice!

And while we honor silence in the studios, we encourage chatting in the lobby! Making friends is one of the best parts of belonging to a yoga community.

THE PRACTICE

We've got a little something for everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis, so be sure to check out our schedule. New to yoga? Try our signature styles, the Allumen Roots and Flow classes. Stay hydrated before, during, and after class — we’ve got water, coconut water, and hydrating Ultima packets for purchase.

Light, sweat-wicking fabrics are best for a heated practice. Let your instructor know if you have any health concerns. While the hot room is a silent space, don't be afraid to ask questions before or after class -- that's what we're here for!

THE SPACE

When you enter, please remove your shoes and leave them in the cubbies at the front. We have personal lockers for you to use (bring your own lock or rent one of ours). We've got rentals for all of your needs: Manduka brand mats and mat towels, face towels for practice, and shower towels for after class.

We’ve designed our facilities to be as safe and inclusive as possible. We mop and disinfect the rooms after each class and have strict cleaning protocols for our restrooms and showers.

You’ll find several restrooms, showers, changing spaces. Our change rooms make it easy to pop into class before work or a night out on the town.

WELLNESS PROTOCOLS

At Allumen, we understand the power of community and the sanctity of our health. As a health and wellness space it is our collective to care for one another! We mop and sanitize our studios after each class and take care to frequently clean our restrooms and change rooms.

We always support your choice to mask up if you’re feeling unwell and have masks available at the front desk.

If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. You cannot sweat out a cold or virus!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

We're located at 2470 Broadway in RiNo, one block over from Denver Central Market. There is ample street parking around us, but be sure to give yourself enough time so you're not rushing to class! For your own health and safety, as well as the experience of other students, we are unable to allow latecomers into the hot room after class has started.
